When a sweet mama friend asked for a romper she could easily slip on her little gal for comfort and cuteness factor, I knew I was headed to Puperita. The JUMPY pattern features snap shoulder straps (easy for changes) and a sweet harem style. The cuffs at the ankle offer another dimension with coordinating fabric.
As mamas who want the most out of our toddler clothing, the reversible pattern is a bit of a dream. And surprisingly, the two layers of fabric isn’t too hot for summer months. Here’s a little glimpse of the same romper, both sides. Can you imagine this cuteness paired with a sweet cardigan and bonnet for fall? Gahhh!
And that fabric? It’s the CLUB line jersey (high-quality cotton spandex) from Raspberry Creek Fabric. It’s currently in the Clearance Section, if you can believe it!
Mama snuggle approved.
As for sizing, this pattern is well tested; even the smallest sizes fit like a glove. I did size down while making the feather romper above because I like the armscyes a bit smaller than traditional rompers. Below you can see the pattern-measured size with the regular armscye. It still fits perfectly. And what’s better yet is the pattern comes in sizes 3m to 6 years! So we can keep our littles in their sweet rompers even through those first years of school. (Be still my heart).
